Work Life Venting Service
A lot of people warm up to the idea of therapy by staring out with life coaching. A Venting Service will give you the ability to be heard without Judgments or Advice. Once you have released the charge of anger you have a choice of being done or ask for life coaching. If you choose life coaching and we get in over our heads then you can take the hard foundational work you have completed to a therapist.
Rent a Friend
The Rent a Friend Work Life Service does the same thing as the venting service for people who are not angry. They have one of the other remaining five emotions which are Joy, Sadness, Fear and the two types of Shame. I will hear your truth on those subjects which may be all you need right now or we can do Life Coaching to get you ready for a therapist visit.
